🕐 TL;DR: Before grad school, I was a Natural Language and Data Scientist at Awake Labs, a Speech Scientist at Nuance, a Research Assistant in TAGlab in the Computer Science department at the University of Toronto, and a Software Development intern at Psiphon
👨🎓 NAIST NLP grad student 2022-now. Before, I did a full undergraduate degree in computer science at the University of Toronto, as well as a psychology major and a linguistics minor.
📚 I've published some of my grad school work with Prof. Taro Watanabe on reframing; along with lab colleagues we also published our competition-winning contributions for Indigenous Languages educational resources. I published my undergraduate research with Prof. Graeme Hirst on text classification in a medical setting.
